- I have been licensed since the late 1970's and am the General Manger of Witt Realty as well as the mother of a wonderful
10 year old named Jonathan David. I have a B.S. Degree in Business
from St. John Fisher College as well as GRI and LTG Designations
in Real Estate. I specialize in Property

Weit
I have been with Witt Realty since its inception in
1992 and worked with Bruce and Janice Witt for 5 years prior to that.
I am the Office Manager and am responsible for all bookkeeping/accounting
while also assisting with the REO Properties and Property Management
Division coordinating issues between landlords/owners, tenants, and
contractors. I am married with 2 children and enjoy being both a
Girl Scout Leader and Soccer Mom.

I am Licensed with the State of New York as a Real Estate
Salesperson and have been so for over 20 years with the last 10 of
these having worked full time since retiring from Eastman Kodak in
1998. My experience in Real Estate is in the areas of Rentals, Sales,
and REOs. I am well versed in providing Broker Priced Opinions and
working with lenders on their foreclosed properties.
